Remove a Utility Account on MySouthaven
You will see any utility account you have linked to your profile on your dashboard. If you want to remove it from your MySouthaven profile, follow the steps below:
Note: Removing a utility account from MySouthaven will not impact the status or any balances due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in.
1. Click Explore Service
2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Properties" and select the utility account you wish to remove
3. Under "Account Actions" click Remove Account
4. Click Accept to confirm
